Let's Cultivate Health
Hello & Welcome! At Let's Cultivate Health, I offer a holistic & compassionate approach to wellbeing - bringing together Chinese medicine, acupuncture & bodywork, yoga & Compassionate Inquiry-informed counselling.Whether you're seeking support through a particular health challenge, navigating stress or emotional patterns, longing to feel more at home in your body, or simply wanting to deepen your connection with yourself, I offer a space to meet you where you are.Together, we can explore what it means to cultivate health - not through perfection or quick fixes, rather through prevention & individualised care. Let's continue learning to build greater self-awareness & compassion for ourselves, each other & the earth. Let's embrace the raw truth of being human in today's world & do our best to feel vital enough to enjoy it!
Meet Melea

When I think of what it means to be healthy I think of wholeness, of coming home to self with honesty & compassion. For me, it is about tending to the whole person - body, mind, emotions & the deeper experiences that have shaped us. Rather than viewing ourselves as something to be fixed, I believe in creating space to listen, understand & reconnect with the innate wisdom within. Even symptoms can be messengers & teachers. My work is rooted in curiosity, connection & compassion, honouring both ancient wisdom, modern science & the unique story held within each individual. My journey has been one of self-healing & lived experience, which in turn has sparked my desire to study & provide a space to give back.Along my journey certain modalities have spoken deeply to me & my healing - often those that help me get out of my head & into my body. Some of these include:
~ 200hr yoga teacher training
~ 50hr yin yoga training
~ Bachelor of health science (Acupuncture)
~ Swedish massage & tui na bodywork
~ 18month compassionate inquiry program
~ first aid, CPR & first aid for mental health
